We always try our best to provide medical treatment at your appointed time but from time to time you might find yourself waiting for long time. We apologise for any inconvenience. We ensure that all our patients are receiving the same level of care, particularly when they need immediate attention.
Our standard consultations are booked for 15 mins. Please inform our reception staff if you require longer consultation.
Our practice can arrange for a translator for non-English speaking patients and for patients who are hearing impaired. Please inform reception staff if this service is required when making an appointment.
