Is bulk-billing practice?
Yes. All our GP consultations are bulk-billed for patients with valid Medicare or Veterans Affair Card. Other patients will be charged with a consultation fee and the payment can ONLY be made by VISA/Mastercard and EFTPOS. We also accept American Express.
PRIVATE BILLING:
Overseas patients and those without Medicare cards will be privately billed.
All private
billings need to be paid for on the day of consultation.

How long are the appointments?
Standard appointment is 15 mins. If you require a longer consultation please inform our reception staff when you call to book your appointment.
What if I have an urgent medical issue?
If you have an urgent medical condition when you are presented at the clinic, our practice nurse can provide triage. If you have an urgent medical condition when you are at home, please call 000 and ask for an ambulance.
What if I require a translator?
Free translator service is available for non-English speaking patients. If you do require this service please inform our reception staff. This free service is only available for Australian residents and not for tourists.
